PUBLIC HEARINGS on the Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington (2018-2019 Area Plan Update) SENIOR SERVICES Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington, which is the designated Area Agency on Aging for Adams, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln and Okanogan Counties, will conduct two public hearings on its proposed 2018 - 2019 Area Plan Update for aging services. Public Notice Olsen Homes, LLC, 610 South First Street, Othello, WA 99344, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, the Columbia Street Utility Corridor Project, is located between 14th Avenue and 7th Avenue within the proposed Columbia Street alignment. This project will serve the proposed Sagestone 8 Subdivision, adjacent properties, and other properties in the greater geographic area of Othello, Washington in Adams County. The City of Othello is sponsoring utility improvements for properties adjacent to the proposed Sagestone 8 Subdivision and over sizing to serve the greater geographic area. This project involves 17.4 acres of soil disturbance for the construction of water main, sewer main and storm water main construction activities. The receiving water(s) are groundwater, with appropriate BMPs employed prior to release. Any persons desiring to present their views to the department of Ecology regarding this application may do so in writing within thirty days of the last date of publication of this notice. Comments shall be submitted to the department of Ecology. CITY OF OTHELLO, WASHINGTON ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 1ST AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT Sealed bids will be received by the City of Othello, Washington, at City Hall located at 500 E Main St. Othello, WA 99344 until 1:00 p.m. on July 13, 2017 (revised date) and will then and there be opened and publicly read aloud. The improvements for which bids will be received are generally described below: This project will provide reconstruction of 1st Avenue between SR26 and Spruce Street with the following elements: Approximately 9,000 SY of full depth reclamation with CTB. Approximately 21,000 SY of pavement grinding Approximately 4,200 Tons of fiber reinforced HMA Approximately 4,400 LF of storm sewer Demolition and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, and curb ramps.
