Report of license plates stolen sometime overnight from a truck parked at a residence in the 1100 block of South Baker Street.

Report of theft at a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Victim said she left her phone in the business, and it hadn't been turned in when she checked back.

A man, no age given, was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Report of vandalism in the 1300 block of East Greens Loop. Reporting party said unknown suspects poured bleach in the gas tank.

Report of theft at the Surf 'n Slide Water Park. Employees called to report multiple bags found in the women's locker room. One bag was identified and the victim said two phones had been stolen, estimated value $900. Later in the day, a second victim reported her wallet and phone had also been stolen in the same incident.

Report of burglary in progress in the 3900 block of West Sandy Street. One subject fled the scene and was later located, the second was found in the back yard of the residence. A 35-year-old woman and a 27-year-old woman were arrested.

A 27-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), making false statements to law enforcement and an outstanding Franklin County warrant after reported domestic dispute in the 1000 block of South Ashley Way.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot of a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 turned a corner too sharply and scraped the side of vehicle 2.

Report of theft in the 400 block of South Wanapum Drive. Victim said she was hit in the face by an unknown woman; she went into the business to contact police and when she went back outside, her groceries were missing from the picnic table where she left them.

Report of one-vehicle accident at a business at 1819 East Kittleson Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 was towing a trailer, which hit the awning structure of the building.

Report of theft from a business at 911 North Stratford Rd. Suspect allegedly left the store with several items of clothing and shoes without paying for them.

Report of theft from a business at 960 North Stratford R. A 37-year-old woman was charged with theft after she allegedly tried to leave the store with several items without paying for them.

Report of theft from a business at 312 South Division St. Reporting party said employees had packaged several broken items and left them on a pallet outside. Suspects drove down the alley, searched the pallet and took several items, estimated value about $475. Suspects were described as a female in her 30s with dirty blonde hair, wearing jeans and a short-sleeve shirt, and a male with red shoulder length hair in black shirt and black shorts. Suspect vehicle was described as a Suburban or Escalade-style SUV, about a 2012 model, all black with tinted windows and black rims.

Report of bicycle accident at the intersection of West Third Avenue and South Gumwood Street. Rider said the front tire on his motorized bike went flat and he fell off, scraping his nose and arm.

Report of theft from a business at 312 South Division St. Victim said suspect took tools, valued at $39.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested for possession of marijuana and methamphetamine.

Report of theft at a business at 3000 West Marina Dr. Victim said she left her hotel room and when she returned her purse, wallet, car keys, phone and clothing items had been stolen. A suspect, no age given, was arrested for second-degree burglary and second-degree theft.

A 20-year old man was arrested for outstanding Grant County warrants after a traffic stop.

July 1

Report of unknown man passed out in the yard of a residence in the 1400 block of South Skyline Drive. A 19-year-old man was arrested on three Grant County warrants.

Report of theft at a business at 3400 West Sage Road. Sometime overnight unknown suspect stole a mountain bike, described as Specialized brand, black with blue pedals.

Report of unknown man sleeping in the garage of a vacant house. A 52-year-old man was arrested for possession of heroin and methamphetamine.

Report of possible theft in the 1100 block of West Cascade Avenue. Victim said she allowed a subject to stay at her house overnight, and in the morning the subject was gone and so was the victim's wedding dress.

A woman, no age given, was cited for theft after she allegedly stole about $180 worth of merchandise from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd.

A man, no age given, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

A 26-year-old man was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to steal about $35 worth of merchandise from a business at 960 North Stratford Rd.

Report of theft at a business at 960 North Stratford Rd. A 33-year-old woman was detained and found to have items from another business as well. Charges pending.

A 31-year-old male was cited for first-degree driving with a suspended license and not having an ignition interlock. His vehicle was towed.

A 23-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of window open at Frontier Middle School, 517 West Third Ave. Nothing appeared disturbed or missing.

Report of domestic dispute on West Broadway Avenue. Off-duty police officer witnessed subject slap victim; the case is still under investigation.

Report of theft from a residence in the 900 block of West Loop Drive. Unknown suspect broke a window sometime between June 25 and July 1, stole tools, golf clubs, cash and several bottles of alcohol.

Report of domestic dispute in the 2100 block of West Willow Street. Victim locked subject out of the residence; the subject, a 22-year-old man, broke a window in an attempt to gain entry. He was treated at Samaritan Hospital and booked into the Grant County Jail for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

July 2

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1100 block of East Grand Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 ran into vehicle 2, which was parked. Driver of vehicle 1 was arrested on an outstanding Chelan County warrant.

Report of vehicle stolen at about 9 a.m. in the 1300 block of South Skyline Drive.

Report of theft from a business at 3000 West Marina Drive. Victim said her off-road motorcycle was stolen from the bed of a truck parked overnight in the business parking lot. Bike is described as a 2013 Orange KTM brand, hole in the rear fender, duct tape on the seat and black handlebar guards.

A juvenile male, no age given, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Seattle warrant.

Report of theft at a business at 3000 West Broadway. Suspect allegedly took about 50 lighters and fled the scene on a bicycle.

A 51-year-old man was arrested for second-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 100 block of West Broadway Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 attempted to change lanes and sideswiped vehicle 2.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in a parking lot at 911 N. Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle was southbound, driver of vehicle 2 eastbound. Vehicles collided in the alley between two businesses.

A 37-year-old woman was charged with third-degree theft after an attempted theft at a business at 960 North Stratford Rd.

Report of vandalism in the 2000 block of West Broadway Avenue. Unknown suspect slashed victim's tires sometime during the day.

A 48-year-old man was arrested for possession of controlled substances and an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of attempt to pass a counterfeit $100 bill at a business at 713 North Stratford Rd. The suspect allegedly had attempted to pass a counterfeit $100 at another business earlier in the day. Suspect left the area on foot.

Report of theft from a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. Two women allegedly stole three bottles of liquor and fled the scene in a silver sedan. Estimated value about $100.

Lorna Villanueva Ozuna, 18, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail for second-degree robbery, third-degree theft, fourth-degree assault and MIP.

Joshua Jenkins, 35, Warden, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Sebastian Anderson, 19, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree theft.

Michael Bradley, 31, Ephrata, was booked on outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrants for possession of a stolen firearm, second-degree possession of stolen property and possession of methamphetamine.

Gerald Singleton, 66, Soap Lake, was booked for felony harassment.

Jair Galvan Gutierrez, 19, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree robbery and third-degree theft.

Matthew Stinnett, 40, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Michael Moreno Silva, 19, Moses Lake, was booked for outstanding GCDC warrants for second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

July 1

Jesus Javier Valdez, 43, Quincy, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Clayton Campbell, 31, Electric City, turned himself in to serve a 30-day GCSC sentence.

Trevon McLemore, 23, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for violation of a no-contact order.

Jose Alegria Osornio, 26, Ephrata, was booked for DUI.

Bulmaro Torres, 26, Yakima, was booked on an outstanding Yakima County warrant.

Roman Valdez, 19, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for MIP, possession of less than 40 grams of marijuana and driving without a valid driver's license or other identification.

Roman Babak, 28, transient, was booked for second-degree burglary, possession of methaphetamine and possession of heroin.

Joseph Coffey, 41, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, was booked for DUI.

Evan Evans, 55, Moses Lake was booked for second-degree burglary and second-degree theft.

Victoria Martinez, 22, Quincy, was booked for first-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest, and for outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft, third-degree malicious mischief, two counts of first-degree criminal trespassing and an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Jonathan Dagenette, 32, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree assault (domestic violence).

Michael Deverna, 51, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree assault (domestic violence).

Konstantin Sergienko, 41, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Gretchen Geroux, 47, Stanwood, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Reynaldo Garcia, 23, Ephrata, was booked for resisting arrest and outstanding GCSC warrants for possession of methamphetamine, forgery and third-degree assault.

Deborah Spatola, 49, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Chelan County warrant.

Dennis Hindman, 48, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of heroin, and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
