A transient was spotted urinating on the side of a building in the 400 block of West Third Avenue. Police could not find the suspect in the area.

Daniel Lewis, 23, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court bench warrant for DUI.
Jose Nava, 30, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant for second-degree assault and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Anthony Montes, 24, of Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault.
Maria Flores, 69, of Quincy, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Matthew Hausknecht, 25, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC order for probation violations and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.
Viridina Navarro, 21, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault.
Salvador Miranda, 26, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for possession of methamphetamine and second-degree vehicle prowling.
Mark Perman, 35, of Electric City, was booked for third-degree malicious mischief.
Arturo Estevane Jr., 27, of Moses Lake, was booked for attempting to elude and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
