The subject property is located in a portion of Section 7 and Section 18 Township 18 North, Range 23 East, Willamette Meridian, containing approximately 172 acres. Public Notice The North Central Workforce Development Board (WDB) is seeking bidders to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide comprehensive youth employment and training services funded through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. A single provider will be selected to offer services in Chelan, Douglas, Grant and Adams Counties. The RFP will be released on January 16, 2017.
