Jan. 19

A man was arrested for second-degree burglary after he was caught stealing merchandise from Walmart.

Report of an unknown vehicle colliding into mailboxes in the 2100 block of West Spruce Street and fleeing the scene.

A woman was permanently trespassed from a restaurant in the 300 block of West Broadway Avenue after eating a meal at the business and leaving without paying for the meal.

A woman was permanently trespassed from a business in the 1000 block of West Broadway Avenue after refusing to leave because she believed the manager was holding employees hostage.

A man reported a woman rang his door bell in the 600 block of South Lystil Lane and left on foot. The woman returned a short time later and rang the doorbell again and asked the man for $20 to go on a church retreat over the weekend. Police could not locate the woman in the area.

Report of an individual switching a price sticker from a drinking cup to a sweatshirt at Walmart. The suspect reportedly shoved a store employee and fled the scene. The suspect was later identified and arrested.

A man reported three juveniles were throwing snowballs at his residence in the 3000 block of Road H Northeast. Police could not locate the juveniles in the area.

A woman reported that a welder and a spool of wire had been stolen from her garage.

A man reported that his shed had been broken into and a quantity of silver and gold had been stolen.

A man reported that his son had taken his vehicle without his permission and wrecked it.

A woman reported that she no longer wanted her brother in the house, as he was acting crazy and broke the door.

Jan. 20

A woman reported that subjects were walking through people’s backyards on the Base.

A woman reported that a subject was outside yelling and making noise in violation of an order.

Jan. 19

Kenneth Stickel, 22, of Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree burglary.

Jason Kneff, 36, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant Count District Court warrant for first-degree negligent driving.

Anthony Fitzhugh, 55, of Spokane, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant.

Douglas Sams, 34, of Dayton, was arrested on a one-day commitment for DUI.

Allen Nichols, 25, of Grand Coulee, was booked on a warrant out of Florida for violations of probation.

Emmanuel Magallon, 20, of Quincy, was booked on a Department of Corrections warrant for probation violation and an outstanding GCDC warrant for reckless driving.

Jesus Ibarra, 22, of Warden, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Adams County warrant for reckless driving and hit-and-run of unattended property.

Enrique Salazar, 25, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jose Vasquez, 23, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for second-degree malicious mischief and hit-and-run of unattended property.

Heather Keating, 39, of Lind, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for first-degree criminal trespassing, DUI and obstructing a law enforcement officer.

Luis Martinez, 22, of Warden, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree negligent driving.

Clayton Awbrey, 20, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree robbery and third-degree theft.

Victor Avila, 29, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked for third-degree malicious mischief and outstanding GCDC warrants for first-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
