Jan. 17
Report of a vehicle stolen from a parking lot in the 500 block of East Wheeler Road.
Police responded to the Warming Center on West Third Avenue after a man refused to leave the building. The man was escorted outside without further incident.
Report of numerous items stolen out of a vehicle in the 900 block of West Fourth Avenue.
An unknown suspect attempted to break into a church in the 1500 block of South Division Street between Sunday and Tuesday. Damage to the building totaled $50.
A man reported several items were stolen out of his unlocked vehicle in the 1000 block of West Charlotte Street.
A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 1300 block of Nanto Road Northeast.
Report of a female carrying a rifle in the 1600 block of West Broadway Avenue. The female was contacted and the gun was found to be a BB/pellet gun.
A woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault after slapping her husband in the face.
A man reported an unknown vehicle struck his parked car in the 800 block of North Stratford Road and fled the scene.

A man reported hearing seven gunshots and a female screaming in the area of West Valley Road and North Grape Drive. Police discovered a man and woman had been in a verbal argument at the location and a hammer was slammed onto a wooden table several times.
A stolen 2008 Lexus was recovered on West Broadway Avenue.
Report of a person possibly selling methamphetamine on West Broadway Avenue. The alleged suspect was not in possession of any controlled substances when contacted by police.
Report of unknown subjects tagging a fence in the 2100 block of West Basin Street with graffiti.
A woman was arrested for third-degree theft and warrants after she attempted to steal a car seat and coffee maker from Walmart.
Police contacted a woman at Rite Aid who was observed hiding store merchandise in her pockets. The woman was permanently trespassed from all Rite Aid stores.
Report of a man running around in the 1000 block of West Gary Street with no shoes, socks or shirt on. The man was arrested for attempted theft of a motor vehicle after entering a vehicle and attempting to drive off.
An anonymous person reported people were hiding a boat in a shed in the 1400 block of South Lakeside Drive. Police could not locate evidence at the scene to corroborate the report.

A man reported arriving home to find subjects walking out from behind his house.

A woman reported that a male confessed to molesting her daughter.
A woman reported ongoing harassment from her ex via text message.
A woman reported that some people were parked in front of her neighbor’s house, and that one of them, a male, freaked out on her husband and beat him up.
A man reported arriving home to find his residence broken into and the back door broken off its hinges.

A woman reported that her ex had broken out the window on her truck and was now banging on the door to her residence.
A man reported that a subject against whom he has an order had called him and was harassing him.
A woman reported that her granddaughter was out of control and throwing things around the residence.

A woman reported that her husband assaulted her.
A woman reported returning home to find a bullet hole through her window and in the wall.
A man reported that his ex had a set of keys and had stolen items from him.

A man reported that someone dumped garbage behind his fence.
A woman reported a credit card stolen from outside her residence.
A man called officers to request that his brother be trespassed from his property.
A man reported that his ex was harassing him.
A woman reported that her roommate, whom she had asked to move out, took the complainant’s TV with her.
A man reported that his ex was trespassing on his property while he wasn’t there.
A woman reported that three dogs attacked her llama.

Propane tanks were reported stolen off a camper.
A man reported that a subject came to his work and was threatening to beat up one of his employees.
A woman reported damage to her residence caused by someone turning off a breaker box outside.
A woman reported that her son had left school at lunchtime and had not returned home.
Jan. 18
A man reported hearing gunshots and a female “screaming her head off.”
A man reported that a male had kidnapped a female and had her in the trunk of a vehicle headed for Texas.
A woman reported that a suspicious male who was wandering up and down the road stopped at her residence and rang the doorbell.
A woman reported someone was walking through her driveway toward the back of the house with a flashlight.
A business in George reportedly was robbed by one subject with a revolver and another with a rifle.

Artemio Garcia Jr., 28, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Department of Corrections warrant.
Daniel Harrett, 27, of Soap Lake, was booked on a DOC case.
Daniel Arredondo, 44, of Moses lake, was booked on a DOC arrest and detention order.
Jeremy McCurdy, 35, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC warrant and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Cody Miller, 24, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree theft.
Aleksandr Demyanov, 30, of Moses Lake, was arrested on a DOC arrest and detention order for probation violation.
Gabriella Alvarado, 25, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Saul Nieto, 29, of Quincy, turned himself in for an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for failure to pay child support.
Jan. 19
Vernon Meyers, 58, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Stephanie Rice, 30, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Veronica Guinn, 23, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid operator's license.
Tomi Maine, 28, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree criminal trespassing.
