Real heroes fix power lines

No more Superman! No more Batman and Robin! No more Star Wars heroes! Our new heroes are a couple of PUD linemen who showed up at our house not more than half an hour after we called to say the power was off. Even on a good day, we would have been impressed, but on this occasion, the temperature was right at 5 degrees below zero.

We want those two heroes, and all the other heroes that have to work outside in all kinds of weather, from minus 5 to 115 above, to keep our lives running smoothly, to know they are appreciated.

Maybe someday Hollywood will make a movie that features real heroes like them.
