Jan. 9

Report of burglary at a business at 228 West Commerce Way. Unknown suspect made forced entry into the building and stole a Seattle Seahawks jersey, No. 91.

Report of vehicle prowl sometime between Jan. 7 and Jan. 9 at a car lot at 1715 West Broadway Ave. Sometime in those two days unknown suspect jacked up a car and stole all four wheels and tires.

Report of two juveniles allegedly spraying graffiti on a building on West Lakeside Drive. The two were taken into custody after a short foot pursuit; one was released to his mother and the second was booked into Grant County Juvenile Detention.

Report of attempted phone fraud. Caller told the reporting party she had won money, but would have to pay a fee to claim the prize. The reporting party refused to provide information to the caller.

A 28-year-old man and 28-year-old woman were arrested for third-degree theft after they allegedly attempted fraud at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. The two entered the business with a receipt, selected merchandise from the shelves to match it and then attempted to return the merchandise for a refund.

Report of bag stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot of a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Victim said the bag contained baby clothes and toys, electronics and welfare checks.

A 32-year-old man was arrested for third-degree driving with a suspended license, and his vehicle was towed. Search of the vehicle found a firearm under the passenger seat; the passenger, a 24-year-old man, was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm and an alien in possession of a firearm. The second passenger, a 40-year-old man, was arrested for possession of controlled substances and an outstanding warrant.

Jan. 10

Report of disturbance at the intersection of East Nelson Road and South Skyline Drive. The subject, a 19-year-old man, was contacted and arrested for DUI, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 45-year-old woman, a 36-year-old woman and 42-year-old man were arrested for outstanding warrants after a traffic stop.

A woman reported that two dogs had gotten into her coop and killed her chickens.

A man reported that his truck had been broken into and binoculars and a hunting pack taken.

A mailbox was reportedly damaged.

A woman reported that her husband’s mistress attacked her, grabbed the top of her head and smashed it on the porch.

A man reported that his brother-in-law pushed his mother.

A store reported that a male and a female subject made fraudulent returns.

A man reported that his mother’s car window had been broken and her purse stolen.

A male caller reported that his sister’s ex-boyfriend had kicked a dent in the side of her car during an argument.

Jan. 8

A man reported his vehicle had been stolen.

A woman reported wood stolen during the night.

A woman reported that her door had been kicked in.

A woman reported finding her shed door wide open with the lock cut off and a power washer stolen.

A male caller reported that his girlfriend threw his phone out in the snow.

Jan. 9

A male subject was reported looking through cars.

Fireworks were reportedly thrown out of a car.

A man reported trespassers riding four-wheelers on his property.

A business reported a vehicle had been stolen sometime in the last week.

A woman reported two attempts had been made at stealing her mail.

A business reported that picketers were trespassing on their property.

A female complainant reported that she had been fighting with her uncle and he pinned her down.

An intoxicated female subject was reported at a dam trying to climb fences and get rides from dam employees.

Grant County Jail

Jan. 8

Kevin Shull, 47, Ephrata, was booked into the Grant County Jail on a U.S. District Court warrant for importation of 500 grams or more of methamphetamine and possession of 500 grams or more of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Jan. 9

Thomas Lopez, 24, no address given, was booked and released on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for prison riot and fourth-degree assault.

Antionette Marqu Quintanilla, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Pablo Zamara-Hernandez, 38, George, was booked on an immigration detainer.

Maria Hernandez Martinez, 49, no address given, was sentenced to 30 months in jail in a Grant County Superior Court case for first-degree arson, making false statements and submitting false claims of proof for more than $1,500.

Ramon Flores, Gomez, 41, no address given, was booked on an immigration detainer.

Ivan Espinoza Munguia, 35, George, was booked on an immigration detainer.

Jesus Villanueva Ozuna, 19, Royal City, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant for third-degree assault and second-degree malicious mischief.

David Louie, Jr., 48, Electric City, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief, resisting arrest and carrying a weapon capable of producing harm, and on outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failing to transfer vehicle title within 45 days.

Anthony Yates, 21, Soap Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for six counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Loreto Madrigales Macias, 40, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamines and on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Armando Rubio, Jr., 29, Moses Lake, was booked for first-degree robbery and possession of a dangerous weapon.

Anthony Ortega Aguilar, 24, Othello, was booked for second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and alien in possession of a firearm, and an outstanding Adams County warrant for disorderly conduct.

Alexis Gonzalez Barajas, 19, Moses Lake, was booked for DUI, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana less than 40 grams.

Antonio Campos, 32, Othello, was booked for two outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Diego Cano, 42, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant.

Laurence Libsack, 56, Spokane, was booked for two outstanding Grant County warrants for DUI and third-degree theft.

Sonya Adame, 36, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding Benton County warrants for theft and third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Franklin County warrant for bail jumping and third-degree driving with a suspended license.
