Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at East Nelson Road and South Pioneer Way. Driver of vehicle 1 hit the rear bumper of vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way, obstructions to the windshield (insufficiently defrosted) and not carrying driver's license.
A 25-year-old man was arrested on outstanding warrants.
Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 400 block of North Earl Road. Driver of vehicle 1 hit a patch of ice and lost control, sliding to the left and hitting a parked car. He was cited for driving too fast for the conditions.
Report of counterfeit $20 exchanged at a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way.
A 35-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for first-degree driving with a suspended license after he ignored activated lights and siren, and took about three blocks to stop.

Report of car driving through multiple front yards in the 200 block of North Manzanita Street. The vehicle was located and the driver arrested for DUI, possession of cocaine, first-degree driving with a suspended license and driving with wheels off the road.
Report of attempted burglary in the 2600 block of West Wall Street. Victim said he was gone for about six hours, and when he returned someone had pulled screens off some of the windows.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the parking lot at 911 N. Stratford Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 ran into the back of vehicle 2, which was stopped for traffic.
