Windermere acquires United Country of Ephrata
MOSES LAKE — Windermere Real Estate K-2 Realty LLC of Moses Lake continued its expansion in Grant County into the new year with the acquisition of United Country Real Estate of Ephrata.
The new undertaking will bring the total number of brokers at Windermere K-2 Realty LLC to 18 and increase the rental united managed by Windermere Property Management to about 750.
United Country Realtors Kevin Burgess, Cindie Conklin, and Marty Potter have joined the staff at Windermere Real Estate K-2 Realty office at 2900 West Broadway Avenue. All United Country Rentals will be managed by Windermere Property Management Grant County, Inc at the 324 S. Ash St. Street Suite A, Moses Lake, location.
“I am not getting any younger and I really wanted to make a change in my lifestyle and just focus on Real Estate sales,” Burgess said. “I’m really looking forward to working with the Windermere team.”
Windermere K-2 co-owner Heather Adkinson said, “having the United Country team join Windermere is an exciting proposition and their breadth of knowledge will really benefit the entire Windermere office here in Moses Lake and expand our reach into Grant County."
Kevin Burgess started out in the Real Estate industry in 1995 by purchasing Columbia Basin Agency Inc with two partners just six months after he earned his Real Estate license. Three years later Burgess bought out his partners and purchased the United Country Franchise which he has owned and managed until this December.
Windermere Real Estate is ranked as the largest Real Estate Company in the Western United States and has had a presence in Moses Lake for over 20 years. Windermere K-2 Realty, LLC merged with Advantage Real Estate in October of 2016.
