To the person who removed Christmas lights from my front yard during the holiday season, happy New Year. Jehovah knows who you are.
To the person who left their shopping cart loose in the Walmart parking lot that rolled into my parked vehicle and caused $300 worth of damage, happy New Year.
To the people who remove shopping carts from stores and leave them throughout town, thank you for your consideration and happy New Year.
