NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS TREE REPLACEMENT PROJECT - 2017 Moses Lake, Washington Sealed bids will be received at Civic Center Annex, 321 South Balsam, (P. O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until MARCH 21, 2017; 10:00 A.M., for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time.
