Ephrata man injured in 2-vehicle collision near George

GEORGE — A Ephrata man was injured in a two-vehicle collision near George Wednesday morning.
About 10:35 a.m. Steven Suhling, 41, of Ephrata, was driving a Ford F-150 north on Beverly Burke Road, about 1.5 miles south of George, when he reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by a southbound 2010 Subaru Outback driven by Cindra Rowland, 62, of East Wenatchee, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Suhling was the only person injured in the collision. He was transported to Quincy Valley Medical Center by ambulance for treatment. Both of the vehicles involved in the collision sustained reportable damages and were impounded.
Suhling was cited for failing to yield, according to the patrol.
