Clearing up some points

I moved to Moses Lake from the East over 30 years ago. It was one of the most fortunate decisions I ever made.

Many of my friends I left behind in the East, when they think of Washington state, immediately think of Seattle and the Puget Sound. To them, and to friends here, I wish to make two points.

First, do not connect me with senators Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell. Technically, because I am a resident of Washington state, the two senators represent me in the U.S Senate. In fact, they do not.

Second, do not connect me with Ben Rhodes who was an advisor to Barack Obama – he is in no way related to me.

There, I feel better.
