The roster and list will cover the purchase of materials, supplies including fuel and oil, and equipment not connected to a project with an estimated cost greater than $4,500, but less than $10,000 for the Vendor List and projects including building and maintenance repair between $2,500 and $200.000 for the Small Works Roster. All vendors already on the list/rosters will remain on the list/rosters as active until notified otherwise.
