Holly Hutsell

| February 21, 2017 2:00 AM

Holly passed from this life in the early morning hours this past Jan. 28 well cared for and in a warm bed. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Penny. She had a long and productive life. Born in Edgar, Neb. and raised in Chelan, Wash., she lived her adult life in Moses Lake, Wash. There she raised her family, graduated college and taught elementary for several years. Throughout the years she stayed active in her church and several service organizations. Holly was a lifelong learner and loved to read, later in life she learned to bird watch, cross stitch and quilt, all of which gave her great joy. She always found hope in her faith, strength in prayer and inspiration in the Bible.

Holly is preceded in death by Scott, her son and Lee, her husband of 61 years. She is survived by her son Wayne (Rebecca) Hutsell and their sons Abraham and Eli; her daughter Lisa (Matt) Mattson and their daughters Alexandra and Ashley; daughter-in-law Felicity, three sisters Neita, Pat and Jule and many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Lakeside AFH for your attentive and loving care.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 4 at the Moses Lake Presbyterian Church at 1142 Ivy. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Children Inc., which Holly supported for over 20 years, at Children Inc.. PO Box 72848. North Chesterfield. VA 23235, www.childrenincorporated.org.
