Feb. 16

Report of damage done to the restrooms at McCosh Park. The restrooms were locked upon officer arrival and not damaged.

A man was arrested for third-degree theft and second-degree burglary after he was caught stealing $60 worth of merchandise from Walmart.

A man was arrested for forgery after passing counterfeit money at Burger King and a gas station.

Report of an intoxicated male knocking over a fence/rail in the 100 block of West Third Avenue. The owner of the fence did not wish to press charges.

A man told police his caregiver took some of his clothes from his apartment. The caregiver advised the clothes were taken to Goodwill and not stolen.

A woman reported someone was banging on her front door in the 1000 of West Columbia Avenue.

Report of a woman falling asleep in a car in the 1100 block of North Stratford Road with a baby. The woman said she went to the car because her family was bowling and the bowling alley was too loud. Police determined nothing criminal or negligent occurred.

A man was caught attempting to steal batteries from Safeway. The man was permanently trespassed from the store.

A woman reported that her daughter was at her house and refusing to leave.

A man reported his vehicle stolen.

A woman who had a restraining order against her ex reported that he emailed her.

An air hose, compressor and extension cord were reportedly stolen about two weeks ago.

A man reported that his house had been broken into.

A man reported that he found a marijuana pipe in his kitchen cupboard.

Jeremy Gildow, 22, of Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Tyrone Brown, 28, of Pontiac, Mich., was booked for forgery.

Kyle Shafer, 47, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for violation of a protection order.

William McLain, 38, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for criminal solicitation.

Luke Mickle, 33, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree burglary.

Herminio Torres, 47, of Moses Lake, was booked on a U.S. District Court warrant.

Alvin Flores, 20, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Andrea Janson, 25, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court material witness warrant.

Heather Howard, 29, of Seattle, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft, violation of a no-contact order and harassment.

Julie Collier, 23, a transient, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Richard Felsch III, 28, of Granite Falls, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree negligent driving.

Austin Francis, 20, no city of residence listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for minor in possession of alcohol.

Richard Brown, 31, no city of residence listed, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant.

Saul Vicencio, 29, no city of residence listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.

Cedonia Williams, 32, of Grand Coulee, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault, third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and third-degree theft.

DJ Love, 22, of Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft and minor in possession of alcohol.

Feb. 17

John Carson, 31, of Coulee Dam, was booked for second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and DUI.
