Feb. 10
Report of person sleeping in the Moses Lake Post Office. Subject set up under a table and pulled three garbage cans in front, thinking it would hide him from view. Subject was trespassed from the post office.
Report of theft from a residence in the 900 block of West Columbia Avenue. Reporting party was working on a vacant house, and discovered tools had been taken from the residence over an unknown period of time. Missing are two drills and a saw, estimated value $600.
Report of a two-vehicle, hit and run accident at West Third Avenue and South Beech Street. The two vehicle collided in the intersection; driver of vehicle 1 fled the scene. Vehicle was later located and photographed.
A 26-year-old man was arrested for vehicle theft. He allegedly took the car after his mom told him not to, and she pressed charges.
Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of Alder Street and Fourth Avenue. Both parties maintained they had the right-of-way at the four-way stop.
A 27-year-old woman was booked on an outstanding felony warrant.
Feb. 11
A 14-year-old girl was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and an outstanding felony warrant.
Report of purse stolen from a vehicle at a business at 1020 North Stratford Rd. Victim said she loaded shopping bags and purse in the car and when she turned back around the purse had been stolen.
Report of fraud. Victim said she found about $2,000 in fraudulent charges on her debit card, between western Washington and Las Vegas, in the last 24 hours. The card had not been out of her possession, she said.
Report of vandalism in the 1300 block of North Buell Drive. Victim said somebody broke the driver’s side window on a van parked at the residence.
Report of a man attempting to get into a car without permission at a business at 826 South Broadway Ave. Suspect was wearing jeans and a black sweatshirt with a brown vest.
A 26-year-old man was arrested on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants.
Report of hit and run accident in the parking lot of a business at 233 North Block St.
A 25-year-old man was arrested on outstanding warrants.
Feb. 12
Report of a window broken by an unknown suspect at a business at 112 East Broadway Ave.
A 33-year-old man was cited for DUI and released to family member. His vehicle was towed.
A 22-year-old man was arrested for outstanding warrants.
Report of hit and run at a residence in the 1200 block of South Evergreen Drive.
Report of a woman walking around the Alder Fill naked. Subject was found and was found topless; the woman was incoherent and couldn’t answer questions. Later the same woman went into a business at 233 North Block St. and unzipped her coat, exposing her breasts. The 31-year-old woman was arrested for indecent exposure.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 210 East Third Ave. Driver of vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2, which was unoccupied.
Report of PUD junction box damaged in the 1100 block of North Central Drive.
Feb. 13
Report of vehicle prowl in the 1000 block of West Cascade Avenue. Suspect broke into the vehicle and stole hand tools valued at $250, consumer electronics values at about $100, and some clothes. Suspect fled east, dropping some of the clothes.
A woman, no age given, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license and outstanding warrants for third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

A woman reported receiving a fraudulent phone call.
A man reported an ongoing problem with his neighbors’ dogs barking at night.
A woman reported people taking things from the home of someone who had died.
A man reported that his neighbors, who had been watching his dog for him, were now refusing to give the dog back.
A woman reported a physical fight near Soap Lake between four or five subjects, one of whom had a large black bar.
A woman reported that her ex was at her residence taking items.
A wallet was found and turned in on Mae Valley Road.
A woman reported that her downstairs neighbors were harassing her and her family.
A man reported that his ex-wife wouldn’t let him get his kids.

A man reported people riding four-wheelers and golf carts up and down the road.
A man reported finding a floor jack under a vehicle and believes someone was trying to steal the transmission off it.
A woman reported that her ex, against whom she has a restraining order, was knocking at her front door.
Three males in dark clothing were reported shining lights into vehicles in the Longview Tracts area.
A woman reported that her ex had showed up and just walked into her house.

A woman reported that her ex, after being served no-trespassing papers the night before, had driven by her house at 5 a.m. and was now texting and calling her.
A female was reported walking naked in the middle of the road.
A woman reported that a female to whom she had loaned her pickup had stolen it.
A woman reported her ex was harassing her by phone.
A business reported that a tractor was stolen.
A man reported that his residence was tagged.
A woman reported that her son threatened to kill her and her daughter.

Horacio Delasancha Mojica, 27, Warden, was booked into the Grant County Jail on a Grant County Superior Court warrant for failing to pay child support.
Justin Gallagher, 37, Moses Lake, was booked on a Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
Paul Fear III, 26, Moses Lake, was booked for taking a motor vehicle without permission.
Michael McLean, Jr., 37, Elmer City, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.
Jacob Morris, 20, Soap Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle and an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Nadine Kile, 29, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended license, third-degree theft and driving without a valid driver's license.
Jose Hernandez Velasquez, 44, Ephrata, was booked for first-degree assault, unlawful possession of a firearm, alien in possession of a firearm and altering identification on a firearm.
Isaac Cesilio Cruz, 54, George, was booked for DUI.

Luis Martinez, 52, Warden, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.
Melvin Toulou, Jr., 43, Grand Coulee, was booked for two counts of residential burglary, possession of methamphetamines, two counts of third-degree assault, intimidating a witness and resisting arrest.
