Patsy Louise Evans

April 14, 1930 – February 4, 2017

Patsy Louise Evans, 86, of Warden, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017. She was born to the late William and Weltha Webb on April 14, 1930 in Warren, Ken.

Patsy grew up in Kentucky and moved to Indianapolis, Ind. as a young woman to live with her brother Rex in search of work. Within months, she decided to join her sister Phyllis in Oregon and start a new adventure. Eventually she made her home in Prosser, Wash., where she married the Love of her life, Joseph (Bud) Evans, and raised her three children. Joe was later hired as a police officer, in Warden, Wash., where they made their final home. In the last six years Patsy moved to Arizona to take advantage of the warm weather and spent her time between her daughter Mary’s home in Salome, and her grandson Steven’s family home in Sedona.

Patsy is survived by her brother Harry Webb; her three children, William P. Pierce, Marcia Ann Juarez and Mary Lee Cox; her nephew and two nieces Archie D. Shelton, Phyllis Shelton and Brenda Shelton, whom she loved like her own children; 14 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.

Family and friends will gather at the Sunset Memorial Gardens, in Warden, Wash. on Monday, Feb. 13, 2017 for a graveside service at 11 a.m. Please leave a note or share a fond memory of Patsy at www.kayserschapel.com. Arrangements are in care of Kayser’s Chapel & Crematory.
