Report of an unknown subject tampering with a Moses Lake Food Bank truck in the 1000 block of West Marina Drive.

A woman reported an unknown suspect attempted to gain access to her apartment in the 1000 block of West Third Avenue. The suspect was contacted and advised he knew the reporting party and wanted to get his belongings from her apartment.

A man reported someone used his debit card number to send over $1,600 via Western Union money order.

Report of a possibly intoxicated driver in the area of East Kittleson Road and state Route 17. The driver was contacted and police learned he was not intoxicated.

A woman reported receiving a fraudulent phone call from a male claiming to represent the Grant County PUD.

A woman reported her husband stole her vehicle in the 100 block of East Mizzou Court. The woman was advised the vehicle was mutual property and she needed to contact the courts.

A school bus was not able to drive up West Linden Avenue due to ice and struck some branches on a tree.
