Description of proposal: The 1st Avenue Improvement Project Phase II consists of a 2.5 inch grind and overlay of 1st Avenue from Spruce St to SR-26. The project also proposes to correct the storm drainage issues through the installation of catch basins and a storm main. The storm main will be connected to the City's existing storm main system. The project wil lremove non-compliant curb ramps and replace with ADA compliant curb ramps.
