Report of vehicle prowl from a residence in the 4700 block of Northeast Owen Road. Unknown suspects broke into the victim's vehicle and stole consumer electronics, estimated value $300.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of SR 17 and North Stratford Road. Driver of vehicle 2 was stopped at a red light, waiting to turn left, and was rear-ended by vehicle 1, which was unable to stop due to snow and ice on the road.

Report of theft from a residence in the 500 block of South Alder Street. Victim said thieves stole a cover for the windshield of his truck sometime overnight. The cover is described as black, with the Seattle Seahawks logo in the center.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of East Broadway Avenue and Alder Street. Driver of vehicle 1 ran into the back of vehicle 2, driving too fast for the conditions.

A 33-year-old woman was arrested after she allegedly attempted to switch tags on merchandise at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd.

Report of a hit-and-run pedestrian accident at a business at 1165 N. Stratford Rd. Reporting party said he was walking through the parking lot when he was hit in the leg by a vehicle exiting the parking lot. Vehicle was described as gray, possibly a Buick.

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident in the 700 block of Sycamore Lane. Vehicle 2 was legally parked at the curb and was hit by vehicle 1, attempting to turn right. Vehicle 1 hit the driver side front bumper, backed up and fled the scene. Vehicle is described as a maroon F150 pickup, no license plate available.

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident in the parking lot of a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Vehicle 1 allegedly was hit in the rear while the owner was inside the business.

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident at a residence in the 600 block of South Hawthorne Drive. Driver of vehicle 2 was stopped on the street when vehicle 1 approached at a high rate of speed. Vehicle 1 slid in the turn and hit vehicle 2 in the front passenger side. Driver of vehicle 1 initially stopped, but fled the scene. Driver of vehicle 1, a 66-year-old man, was later located and cited for DUI.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested on outstanding Washington Department of Corrections and Grant County warrants.

A 19-year-old man was cited for third-degree driving with a suspended license. His vehicle was towed.

Marcie Miller, 28, Moses Lake/Spokane, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Jose Velez Castro, 29, Warden, turned himself in on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Efrain Tafolla, 20, George, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Elias Moilnero Aguilar, 31, Electric City, was booked for first-degree trafficking in stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, second-degree theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eva Elizondo Martinez, 46, Othello, was booked on a GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an outstanding Adams County warrant for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Seth Adams, 27, Chelan, was booked on an outstanding Pierce County warrant.

Victor Ochoa, 19, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid driver's license or other identification.

Jessica Meeks, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft and aiding and abetting third-degree theft, and an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Matthew Allen, 37, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree theft.
