Level 2 sex offender has new address

MOSES LAKE — A Level 2 sex offender has a new address in Moses Lake, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday.
Craig William Homer, 32, now lives in the 800 block of West Broadway Avenue.
Homer has red hair, hazel eyes, weighs 170 pounds, and is 6 feet tall.
He was convicted in 2001 of second-degree child rape and failed to register as a sex offender twice in 2003 and once in 2014. He was convicted of second-degree theft in 2004.
On a scale of 1-3, Level 2 offenders have a moderate risk to reoffend, according to the sheriff’s office.
