PUBLIC NOTICE THE DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR BUREAU OF RECLAMATION GOOSE ISLAND, POTHOLES RESERVOIR EPHRATA, WASHINGTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: The Bureau of Reclamation, in accordance with 43 CFR 423 Subpart B, is providing public notice that Goose Island, in Potholes Reservoir, will be closed to the public from March 1 through September 15, 2017 during the dissuasion of the Caspian tern colonies on the island under the Inland Avian Predation Management Plan. There are no visitor facilities on the island. Public access will resume on September 16, 2017. NOTICE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Barrington Point 3A Major Plat - Subdivide 6.5 acres into 28 lots. Notice of Funding Available The Washington State Department of Commerce has released a joint application for the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). Both grants provide resources to assist people who are experiencing homelessness obtain and maintain housing stability.
