A man reported a woman who does not have a driver's license was driving in the 1100 block of North Stratford Road. Police could not locate the woman.

Report of numerous items stolen out of a garage in the 2500 block of West Marina Drive.

A man told police his neighbor in the 800 block of East Hill Avenue has been harassing him and him wife for the past eight months. The man was advised to obtain a court order.

Report of a man stealing a power saw from a business in the 300 block of East Broadway Avenue and fleeing the scene as a passenger in a dark blue Dodge Caravan.

An anonymous caller advised of a strong chemical odor coming from a residence in the 1500 of South Monroe Street the previous night. No odor was detected by police.

Best Western Lake Inn reported receiving a fraudulent phone call from a person claiming to represent the Grant County PUD.

A woman told police a man wearing multiple hooded sweatshirts and a blanket stole her son's bicycle from her residence in the 700 block of South Kennedy Place.

A patron at the Best Western Lake Inn was cleaning a small pistol in his room when it went off and a bullet shattered a sliding glass door. There were no injuries and the hotel charged the man for the damage to the door.
