Jan was born on May 2, 1956 to her parents Ed and Dorothy Campbell, who preceded her in death, along with her eldest brother Jim. Janet moved to Edmonds Wash. in 1958, where she would attend school. In 1974 she was married to the love of her life, Gary Mann, and then moved to Alaska. Finally, in 1978 they moved and settled down in Moses Lake.

Janet loved working with children. She started as a preschool teacher for the City of Moses Lake and continued this for ten years. Afterwards she worked for the Moses Lake School District. This is where she touched the lives of many students and created lifelong friendships.

Jan loved to travel and spend time with her family and friends, especially doting on her grandchildren. She enjoyed anything that brought her and those around her a good laugh, including pulling pranks anywhere appropriate and playing games.

She is survived by her husband Gary Mann; daughter Jennifer Smith, husband Larry Smith and grandchildren Madison, Chase, Cole and Carson; son Justin Mann, partner Kendra Moos and grandchildren Gavin, Dreyden, Devin, Dylan and Brayden; brother John Campbell and wife Claudette; brother Jeff Campbell and partner Paula Howell; in-laws Ben (Wanda) Mann; brothers-in-law Ron (Dorinda) Mann and Jeff (Carol) Mann; sisters-in-law Rhonda (Kevin) Teaford and Sandy (Steve) Westemeyer and many nieces, nephews, and friends considered family.

She is loved and remembered by many, missed by all.
