Jan. 31

Report of children possibly left alone at a residence in the 200 block of North Earl Drive. Police did not receive an answer when they knocked on the door at the residence.

A student at Park Orchard Elementary was found to be in possession of a pocket knife, green vegetable matter and a glass smoking device. The student was released to a guardian and the smoking device and vegetable matter were destroyed.

Police contacted two males who were sleeping in a laundromat in the 600 block of North Stratford Road. The males were advised to leave the business.

A man contacted police after a group of children would not move from in front of his driveway. The man was advised to call back if the juveniles returned.

A man reported returning to his vehicle in the Walmart parking lot and finding a woman sitting in the passenger seat. The woman was unable to explain why she was in the car and was permanently trespassed from all Walmart stores. Vehicle prowl charges will be filed at a later date.

Police responded to Lakeview Elementary for a student who was acting defiant with staff.

Police could not find a large male juvenile who was chasing a smaller male juvenile in the 400 block of West Ridge Road.

A woman reported receiving harassing text messages from her boyfriend's son's girlfriend. The woman was advised to file a petition for a no-contact order.

Grant County Jail

Brandon Fale, 20, of Puyallup, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Tiana Lee, 22, of Spokane, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for criminal trespassing and minor in possession of alcohol.

Bradley Shrader, 35, of Coulee City, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI, third-degree theft and fourth-degree assault.

Jeffrey Curtis, 34, of Moses Lake, was arrested on outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI, second-degree driving with a suspended or evoked license and reckless driving.

Justin Smith, 40, of Osburn, Idaho, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Jake Hernandez, 27, of Seabeck, was arrested for an outstanding Grant County Superior Court bench warrant for attempting to elude.

Quianna Ellis, 25, of Moses Lake, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, first-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license and an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Gerardo Juarez, 28, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked on a GCDC commitment for third-degree malicious mischief.

Alexi Mendez, 19, of Othello, was arrested and booked on two outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
