Report of online harassment. Reporting party said his ex-wife was harassing him and some of his friends on social media.

Report of attempted fraud at a residence in the 800 block of Kiefer Drive. Reporting party said unknown suspect threatened her with fines due to her roof. Subject was described as a white male in his 40s, big build, wearing an orange and green vest and driving a white truck.

Report of mail theft at a residence in the 400 block of West Loop Drive.

Report of mail theft at a residence in the 1700 block of West Virginia Street. Mail was returned to residents.

Report of three-vehicle, injury accident at a business at 1066 S. Division St. Driver of vehicle 1 was going south on Division when he hit a parked car, which was pushed into a car in front of it. Driver of vehicle 1 was taken to Samaritan Hospital for medical evaluation.

Report of theft from a residence in the 1500 block of South Monroe Street. Victim had a package stolen from her porch. Estimated value $235.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the intersection of South Wanapum Drive and West Lakeshore Drive.

Report of one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 300 block of West Ridge Road. Driver of vehicle 1 missed the curve in the weather conditions, ran off the road and hit a residence. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

Report of vehicle stolen from a residence in the 1000 block of South Division Street. Vehicle is described as a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix.

A man, no age listed, was arrested for assault (domestic violence).

A 20-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of three-vehicle, minor injury accident at the intersection of North Stratford Road and Mart Road. Driver of vehicle 1 rear-ended vehicle 3, which ran into vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 and passenger in vehicle 2 were transported to Samaritan Hospital.

A 50-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding Grant County misdemeanor warrant.

Report of hit and run accident at the intersection of East Lark Avenue and South Evergreen Drive. Driver of vehicle 1 slid on the ice, hit a stop sign and left the scene. A license plate from the car was found at the scene. The driver was cited for first-degree driving without a license, going too fast for conditions and driving without insurance.

Report of theft at a business at 789 N. Central Dr. Reporting party had wallet stolen from the car while she was shopping.

Report of possible theft at a business at 1309 S. Pioneer Way. Reporting party said unknown subject defrauded the change machine and stole about $62.

A 27-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1100 block of West Broadway Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 attempted to change lanes and hit vehicle 2.

A 33-year-old man was arrested on outstanding warrants.

Officers arrested a suspect at a residence in the 4000 block of Northeast Miller Drive. The suspect, a 57-year-old man, had outstanding WDOC warrants; law enforcement officers searched the house and were told the subject was hiding in the attic. He refused to come out, and the Grant County Sheriff’s Office K-9 went into the attic and found him. Suspect allegedly tried to choke and kick the dog, and was treated for bite marks. He was arrested on the outstanding WDOC warrant, resisting arrest and attempting to harm a police dog.

Report of attempted theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Suspect attempted to push a cart of unpaid merchandise out of the building, and ran away when contacted by business security.

Report of theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. The suspect allegedly took a shopping cart of merchandise without paying for it. Charges are pending against the subject, a 35-year-old woman.

A 25-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant and for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Report of theft at a residence in the 800 block of East Hill Avenue. Unknown suspect siphoned gas from a car parked at the residence.

A man, no age given, was arrested for DUI.

Report of counterfeit $20 bill used at a business at 500 S. Pioneer Way.

Report of stolen vehicle. Vehicle owner said the car was loaned to a relative and allegedly stolen from the parking lot of a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of West Steven Lane and West Mary Street. Driver of vehicle 1 hit fresh snow, slid through the intersection and hit vehicle 2.

A man, no age given, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and attempting to elude law enforcement. A woman, no age given, was arrested for possession of methamphetamines. The car was stopped for traffic violations; the vehicle fled the scene but was located a short time later and the suspects were taken into custody.

A woman reported that someone stole her credit card and opened a Verizon account.

A man reported that his mail had been gone through while he was out of town.

A man reported that he arrived home to find the padlock to his garage missing.

A female caller reported that her boyfriend was beating her while driving.

A man reported two cameras stolen from his residence.

A woman reported fuel tanks broken into.

A woman reported a male outside her house with a gun.

A man reported that his roommate grabbed his hair and hit him.

A man reported a shotgun stolen.

A woman reported that her ex was harassing her by text message.

A man reported that he returned home to find a gun case thrown on the floor.

Dec. 22

Glenn Brown, 45, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC order.

Gary Hibbs, 44, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), violation of a no-contact order (domestic violence) and resisting arrest.

Alexander Lopez Cantu, 22, East Wenatchee, was arrested for third-degree rape of a child.

Marissa Curry, no age listed, Quincy, was booked on outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrants for first-degree trafficking in stolen property, three counts of second-degree possession of stolen property, two counts of second-degree theft, third-degree theft and forgery.

Stephen Frye, 50, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Robert Gwinn, 37, Moses Lake, was booked for first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Samuel Guzman Herrera, 20, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
