Moses Lake Police Department

Dec. 20

A man was trespassed from two businesses on East Broadway Avenue.

Report of a subject going through garbage and swearing in the 9800 block of Highland Drive Northeast. Police could not locate the subject.

Report of miscellaneous items stolen from Walmart.

A traffic stop was conducted in the area of East Fifth Avenue and East Wheeler Road. The driver was found to have a felony warrant out of Texas and was taken into custody.

Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of North Crestview Drive. Police could not locate the vehicle.

Officers assisted deputies with locating a suspect from a shots fired call. A traffic stop was conducted on North Stratford Road and two subjects were detained.

A man reported an unknown person drove through his yard in the 1100 block of South Grand Drive.

A man turned drug paraphernalia over to an officer. The paraphernalia was disposed of.

Grant County Jail

Dec. 19

Sergio Cervantes, 60, of Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree vehicle prowling, third-degree theft, violation of a no-contact order and an outstanding warrant out of Franklin County.

Sheri Smith, 42, of Omak, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for driving without a valid operator's license.

Ismael Alvarez, 26, of Quincy, was booked for fourth-degree assault and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Cody Cobb, 28, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jesus Gonzalez, 32, of Quincy, was booked on three outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jose Aguirre Vasquez, 24, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Aaron Alvarado, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Efrain Madrid, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for third-degree theft.

Dec. 20

Daniel Vasquez, 31, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid operator's license.

Daniel Voss, 35, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked on an outstanding warrant out of Chelan County.

Michael Solis, 23, of Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for violations of community custody on a second-degree burglary charge.

Beau Michel, 37, a transient, was booked for second-degree theft.

Toribio Hernandez, 41, of Quincy, was arrested and booked for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Dec. 21

Fabian Barrientoz, 39, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.
