Notice of Application December 20, 2017 Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on December 6, 2017 from Joyce Gardner (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Survey, LLC (Chad Lampe), 130 1st Ave NW, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823) was found to be technically complete on December 12, 2017. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of one parcel that totals approximately 80.30 acres in size to create four (4) lots in the Agricultural (AG) zone. Lot 1 will be about 2.50 acres in size and will have no residential capacity. Lot 2 will be approximately 2.50 acres in size and will be for residential purposes.
