Dec. 12

Merced Rodriguez, 47, a transient, was arrested and booked for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Dec. 13

Aaron Smith, 24, of Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court warrant for fourth-degree assault and third-degree theft.

Jose Robles, 18, of Mattawa, was booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for unlawful carrying/handling of a weapon and disorderly conduct and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for driving without a valid operator's license.

Tomas Ramirez, 33, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for fourth-degree assault.

Dec. 14

Patricia Bundies, 58, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding GCSC warrant for possession of methamphetamine.

A woman reported her vehicle stolen and windows on her residence broken.

A woman reported that a stray dog attacked her pit bull.

A woman reported an ongoing problem with fraudulent phone calls.

A man reported a package stolen from in front of his house.

A license plate was reported stolen.

A woman reported that her residence was broken into.

Dec. 13

Police located two juveniles who shoplifted liquor in the 700 block of South Pioneer Way.

Report of an unknown female stealing merchandise from a food mart in the 1600 block of West Broadway Avenue.

Two shell casings were found in the 1000 block of South Ashley Way during a search warrant execution.

A Moses Lake High School was found to be in possession of marijuana. The student was booked into the Grant County Juvenile Detention Facility.

Staff at Endeavor Middle School contacted a student who was suspected of smoking marijuana in a school restroom. The student turned over a glass smoking pipe and lighter. The student was dealt with at the school level.

Report of two males in a bronze van approaching a group of children and attempting to get the children into their vehicle in the 700 block of South Clover Drive.

Report of possible drug deals occurring in the 1000 block of West Third Avenue.

A dog was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of West Valley Road and North Central Drive. The dog was taken to a local veterinary clinic for treatment.
