A 21-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Report of a fight between two students at Moses Lake High School. Charges against both are pending.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at a business at 121 N. Stratford Rd. Vehicle 1 rear-ended vehicle 2 in the drive-through.

A man, no age given, was arrested for third-degree theft.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of North Stratford Road and West Broadway Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 rear-ended vehicle 2.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 1100 block of South Eastlake Drive. Thieves stole consumer electronics and cosmetics, estimated value $2,000.

Report of hit and run accident in the 1000 block of South Division Street. Victim’s car was hit sometime overnight. A suspect and vehicle were located later at a residence on South Division Street.

A 26-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and obstructing law enforcement.

Report of attempted theft from a business at 601 S. Pioneer Way. Two female suspects attempted to push out a cart with about $627 in merchandise, but were stopped at the door. They fled the scene.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of North Stratford Road and Northeast Kinder Road. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for failing to yield the right of way.

A juvenile male was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Driver fled after being stopped, hitting a person who had been in the vehicle. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

A man reported that he gave a ride to a male who was walking from Ephrata, and the passenger asked him for drugs.

A man reported that his son’s house was broken into during the night.

Mail was reported stolen.

A woman reported a male pounding on doors asking for crystal meth or marijuana.

A man reported his phone stolen while he was moving.

Donovan Griggs, 35, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Lorena Villanueva Ozuna, 18, Moses Lake, was booked for MIP.

Beau Owensby, 21, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Danielle Garcia, 19, Ephrata, was booked for fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief.

Richard Simpson, 56, Tacoma, was booked on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree assault.

John Willoughby, 31, Moses Lake, was booked for residential burglary, felony violation of a protection order, a separate charge of violation of a protection order, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).
