Dec. 5

Multiple vehicle prowls reported at residences in the 1900 block of South Perch Avenue. Nothing reported taken. All vehicles entered reportedly were unlocked.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 1900 block of South Allen Avenue. Some items were stolen, but everything was recovered.

A 45-year-old man was cited for first-degree trespassing.

A juvenile male, no age given, was arrested on outstanding juvenile warrants.

A 20-year-old man was arrested for MIP and third-degree theft after he allegedly took beer from a cooler and drank it in the bathroom of a business at 2709 W. Broadway Ave.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 3000 block of Road H Northeast.

Report of theft from a business at 1715 W. Broadway Ave. Unknown suspects removed a wheel and tire from a vehicle.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 300 block of East Belair Drive. Nothing stolen.

Report of threats at a residence in the 500 block of North Dale Road. Unknown suspects left a box by the reporting party’s mailbox, not addressed to the reporting party, insulting the recipient and urging the recipient to kill themselves.

Report of vehicle prowl at a residence in the 1400 block of South Cougar Drive. Victim reported CDs were stolen.

A 27-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

A subject, no age listed, was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of theft at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Three subjects allegedly took about $700 in merchandise from the business. Suspects were located; one was arrested for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft, and two suspects were cited for third-degree theft.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 2300 block of West Broadway Avenue. Driver of vehicle 1 turned into the left-turn lane, waiting to enter westbound traffic, but rear-ended vehicle 2, waiting to turn left.

Dec. 6

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of Stratford Road and Valley Road. Driver of vehicle 1 ran into the back of vehicle 2. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for following too close.

Report of drugs found at Moses Lake High School. School security found marijuana and a glass pipe.

A man, no age given, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order after a traffic stop on North Stratford Road.

Report of stolen car recovered in the 1100 block of South Alderwood Drive.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 900 block of South Skyline Drive. Victim said her camera, lenses, case and chargers were stolen from her car about two weeks ago. Estimated value about $2,000.

A 40-year-old man was arrested for third-degree theft after allegedly shoplifting merchandise worth about $18 from a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd.

A 32-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of Northeast Patton Boulevard and Harris Road. Vehicle 1 was stopped at the stop sign on Harris Road, pulled out onto Patton Boulevard and was hit by vehicle 2.

Report of animals abandoned in the 700 block of North Paxson Drive. Reporting party said he heard a knock at the front door; when he opened the door he found a box with two puppies.

Dec. 6

A man reported that two dogs had attacked his cow and he shot the dogs, killing one.

A man reported that his landlord, with whom he was having a dispute, had locked him out of his trailer.

A suspicious male was reported cutting into a fence with bolt cutters.

A woman reported that someone sent her daughter a text with a picture of a gun and a death threat.

Dec. 6

Miguel Campos Cruz, 47, Mattawa, was booked into the Grant County Jail on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for two counts of driving without a valid driver’s license or other identification.

Matthew Stinnett, 40, Moses Lake, was booked for violation of a no-contact order and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Euberto Narbez Chapa, 40, Quincy, was booked for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Quincy Terwisscha, 56, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Kyle Finney, no age listed, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court material witness warrant.

Dec. 7

Anthony Carson, 28, Spokane, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.

Conrad Fossella, 37, Tacoma, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without required ignition interlock and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

David Melendez, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Santiago Gonzalez, 38, Ellensburg, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Cedonia Williams, 33, Grand Coulee, was booked on outstanding GCDC warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), third-degree theft and third-degree driving with a suspended license.
