A church reported receiving a fraudulent phone call from a person claiming to work for the IRS.
Report of a toddler riding in the front seat of a vehicle in the 800 block of North Stratford Road. The vehicle was stopped and the driver denied having a toddler in the front seat.
Report of two small dogs left in a vehicle in the 1200 block of South Pioneer Way. Police could not locate the vehicle.
Report of numerous items and $4,000 worth of jewelry stolen from a residence in the 2000 block of West Broadway Avenue.
A man reported an unknown person used a BB gun to shoot out a window on his vehicle in the 800 block of West Fourth Avenue.
A man was caught attempting to steal a container of deodorant from Rite Aid. The man was cited for third-degree theft and permanently trespassed from the business.
Report of juveniles possibly doing drugs outside Peninsula Elementary School. The juveniles told police they were not doing drugs or smoking.

Ross Ewing, 53, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on two outstanding Stevens County warrants.
Shyvonne Gee, of Ephrata, was arrested and booked for second-degree child assault.
Luis Martinez, of Warden, was arrested and booked for obstruction of a law enforcement officer and an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree theft.
Tom Waters, 22, of Grand Coulee, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Lincoln County warrant and an outstanding GCDC warrant for minor in possession of alcohol and third-degree theft.
David Harris, 45, of Moses Lake, was booked for residential burglary.
Shawn Shuler, 56, city of residence not listed, was booked for vehicular assault.
Mariano Pantoja, 29, of Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault and an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Jesse Goodwin, 39, of Keller, was booked on two outstanding GCDC warrants for DUI.
Travis Waterhouse, 47, of Pasco, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
Daniel Watson, 38, of Walla Walla, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Richard Ruff, 32, of Moses Lake, was booked on a DOC for probation violation.
