3-NE ROAD OVERLAY PROJECT - CRP 17-04 Sealed bids, plainly marked "BID FOR 3-NE ROAD OVERLAY PROJECT, CRP 17-04", will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, P.O. Box 37, 35 C Street NW - Room 207, Ephrata, WA, 98823, until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, September 5, 2017 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the improvements. Ecology is proposing to modify the City of George's SWDP by adding monitoring and reporting requirements for the septage influent flow from the Gorge to get more accurate values of actual influent wastewater and correcting sampling frequencies for irrigated wastewater. Ecology is issuing a draft amended permit and fact sheet amendment and is only accepting comments on the modified portions. The wastewater, following treatment, must meet the requirements of the Washington State Water Pollution Control Act and applicable regulations for a permit to be issued. A final determination will not be made until all timely comments received in response to this notice have been evaluated.
