BEFORE THE LINCOLN COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY BOARD LINCOLN COUNTY WASHINGTON Notice of an Application for Change of Water Right to Change Points of Withdrawal and Change Place of Use under Groundwater Certificate G3-01216C issued on January 11th, 1966. TAKE NOTICE: That on May 8th, 2017, Round Lake Farms, LLC of Soap Lake, WA filed an application number LINC-17-01 with the Lincoln County Water Conservancy Board to change Points of Withdrawal and Change/transfer Place of Use under Groundwater Certificate G3-01216CC. That said Groundwater Right Certificate G3-01216C, with a priority date of January 11th, 1966, is authorized for the withdrawal of 1000 gpm, 634 acre-feet per year for seasonal irrigation. Groundwater right is authorized to withdraw groundwater from one existing authorized point of withdrawal in S 1/2 of Section 24, T.21N, R31E.W.M.
