Jansje Beukelman

On Aug. 20, 2017 our heavenly father called home our loving mother and Oma, Jansje Geertje (Jenny) Beukelman. She was 82. Jenny is survived by her children Elna and Herman Hartog of Holland, Samuel and Judith Beukelman, Nico and Joann Beukelman, John and Mari Beukelman of California, Jeannette and Scott Myers and Gerdiene Velazquez of Moses Lake, Wash., 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Barend Jan and infant son Leo. She loved to cook, knit, garden and travel to see her family.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday Aug. 23 at Kayser’s Chapel of Memories, 831 S. Pioneer Way, with Pastor Jim Brock officiating. Interment will follow in Pioneer Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home for viewing from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday.
