ORDINANCE NO. 2867 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 2405 CREATING A PARKVIEW PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT OF MOSES LAKE PURSUANT TO MOSES LAKE MUNICIPAL CODE 18.67 (This summary is published pursuant to RCW 35A.12.160. The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which repeals and replace the Lakeview Planned Unit Residential Development. This ordinance, which was passed on August 8, 2017, 2017, will take effect and be in force five (5) days after publication. NOTICE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Pelican Cell Tower -Construction of a new communication facility consisting of 89' tall monopole antenna and a 20' X 9'4" concrete equipment skid within a fenced enclosure. The proponent is PI Tower Development LLC and Verizon Wireless. The site is 600 Yakima Ave, in the C-2 Zone. After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City of Moses Lake, the SEPA Responsible Official has determined this proposal will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment if the stipulated mitigation is provided. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(2) the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of determination. Comments on the MDNS must be submitted by Aug 25, 2017, to the Responsible Official. The facility is located at 847 East Broadway Avenue in Moses Lake, WA. DaVita Healthcare Partners is proposing to establish a six station dialysis center to be located on SW 13th Avenue in Quincy, WA. An address for the proposed 6,646 square foot facility has not yet been assigned.
