Aug. 14

A man was permanently trespassed from a fast food restaurant on East Kittleson Road after he was acting aggressive while asking for money.

Report of a male leaving a business in the 1200 block of South Pioneer Way without paying for an oil change.

Report of a male possibly injecting drugs in the 700 block of West Broadway Avenue. The man did not have any visible drug marks on his arms. Police determined no crime had occurred.

Police contacted a man who was showering in a public fountain in the area of West Third Avenue and South Ash Street. The man was advised not to shower in the fountain.

Report of a wallet stolen in the 600 block of North Stratford Road.

A woman was permanently trespassed from WinCo Foods after she was caught stealing $11 worth of items from the store. A charge of third-degree theft is going to be filed against the suspect.

Report of three males fighting in the 3000 block of West Marina Drive. The involved parties left before police arrived.

Report of a Pontiac Grand Am stolen from the 100 block of East Hill Avenue.

A man reported that a semi was blocking his mailbox for a week.

A woman reported finding a bicycle.

A man reported a lost firearm.

A woman reported that a male mooned her and her children.

A woman reported receiving phone threats.

A woman reported that a juvenile male was following her and her children with drones.

A woman reported that she and her husband were fighting.

Aug. 15

A man reported that he was holding an intruder at gunpoint, and that there were more hiding in a horse trailer outside the house.

A man reported a stray pit bull at his residence.

Grant County Jail

Aug. 14

Vyacheslav Hayduk, no age given, Moses Lake, turned himself in at the Grant County Jail to serve a two-day sentence for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jesus Ibarra, no age given, George, was booked on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for violating a protection order, resisting arrest and obstructing law enforcement.
