About 80 cows were reported roaming at large in a corn field.

A dog was reported stolen.

A woman reported that her ex was refusing to let her take her children.

Hay was reported stolen.

A man reported that a subject had opened his gate and was currently beating on his door.

A woman reported receiving a fraudulent phone call purporting to be from the IRS.

A man reported that his shop was broken into.

A man reported that his wife was being harassed by phone.

A woman reported that subjects who had previously been evicted from an apartment had broken the door to get back in.

Grant County Jail

Aug. 7

Tyler Hayward, 19, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on four outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for DUI, third-degree theft/minor in possession of alcohol, third-degree malicious mischief and minor in possession of alcohol/possession of marijuana over 40 grams.

Randy James, 20, a transient, was booked for possession of a controlled substance and making a false statement to a public servant.

Derek Clark, 24, of Soap Lake, was booked for second-degree theft, tampering with evidence and first-degree trafficking stolen property.

Kyle Knemeyer, 27, city of residence not listed, was arrested and booked for second-degree criminal trespassing, making a false statement to a public servant, obstruction of a law enforcement officer and a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant.

Patricia Bundies, 58, of Moses Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamine.

Tony Gonzales, 36, of Soap Lake, was arrested and booked for second-degree possession of stolen property.
