Report of possible indecent exposure. Subject said his friends has taken his shorts as a prank; he was driven to his vehicle for more clothes.

A man, no age given, was cited for theft after allegedly attempting to conceal merchandise from a business at 2709 W. Broadway Ave.

A 37-year-old woman was cited for theft after she was allegedly found with unpaid-for merchandise in her purse at a business at 2709 W. Broadway Ave.

A man, no age given, was cited for theft after he was allegedly observed taking price tags off items and putting them on more expensive items, then going through the self-checkout.

Report of theft from a residence in the 600 block of North Florida Drive. Reporting party said a bicycle was stolen from her side yard. Bike is described as a Kink BMX bike, silver with red pedals and chain, black rims and chrome handlebars. Estimated value is $500.

A 47-year-old man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.

A 31-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

Report of vehicle prowl at a business at 1005 N. Stratford Rd. Reporting party said unknown suspects had stolen the tool box from his truck, estimated value $1,000.

Report of two-vehicle, hit and run accident in the 1000 block of South Ashley Way. An unknown vehicle struck the reporting party's car while it was parked unoccupied in front of the residence.

Report of theft. Victim said she left her cellphone at a checkout stand at business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. and it was missing when she returned. Estimated value $700.

A 47-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

A 20-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections felony warrant and a 46-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Grant County misdemeanor warrant.

Report of attempted phone fraud. Caller told reporting party he owed money to PUD and must make immediate payment.

An 18-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and charges are pending against a 19-year-old woman for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) after a report of domestic dispute at a residence in the 1900 block of West Marina Drive.

A subject, no age given, was cited for third-degree theft after allegedly trying to steal merchandise from a business at 960 North Stratford Rd.

A hotel reported a female at the front desk refusing to leave.

A woman reported that her stepson’s girlfriend was being physically violent with him.

A woman reported that an erratic driver almost ran her off the road, then pulled a gun on her at a stop sign.

Jackson Brown, 31, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for DUI, first-degree driving with a suspended license and two counts of second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Lisa Valdez, 39, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Andrew Boharski, 20, Bozeman, Mont., was booked for MIP and criminal trespassing.

Merced Quintero Rodriguez, 47, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of methamphetamines.

Darrell Madsen, 31, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Shelly Recknagel. 45, Wilson Creek, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Jason Kneff, 37, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree negligent driving.
