April 25

Report of a welder stolen from the 700 block of East Penn Street sometime between Friday and Tuesday morning.

Two men were trespassed from the Burger King on North Stratford Road after going into a bathroom in the restaurant and locking the door.

A man reportedly stole a chair from outside of Knolls Vista Elementary. The man said he thought the chair was free. The school decided not to press charges.

A student at Frontier Middle School reportedly took a knife to school for protection as she walked home. The student's mother responded to the school and took custody of her child and the knife.

A woman requested extra patrols in the 3100 block of West Wapato Drive after several mailboxes were damaged in the area over the weekend.

Several homeless camps were reported on a business’s property in the 800 block of East Broadway Avenue. The business was told they could clear out the debris anytime they want.

A man was cited and released after stealing merchandise from a business in the 200 block of North Elder Street.

Two teenagers were caught smoking marijuana in the 900 block of East Hill Avenue. The marijuana was seized and the teens were admonished.

A woman was arrested in the 300 block of South Gumwood Street after throwing a lighter in the direction of an officer and acting disorderly when she was handcuffed.

A dog was reported running loose at North Elementary School.

A man reported that a female took off with his truck a couple of weeks ago and he has not seen it since.

Subjects were reported drag racing in the road.

A woman reported that males chopped down all her fruit trees.

A man reported receiving a call from a number in Mexico from a male saying “I’ll kill your daughter.” The caller reported that his daughter was safely with his wife.

A woman reported that her landlady was yelling racist remarks at her boyfriend.

A male reported that his father’s motorcycle had been stolen.

A woman reported that she had been harassed for the previous two days via text and phone.

A man reported that somebody stole his sign saying “private property” and “no trespassing,” including the post.

April 25

Carlos Santacruz, of Moses Lake, was booked on a Department of Corrections order for arrest and detention.

Alyeana Caldwell, of Grand Coulee, was booked on an outstanding Lincoln County warrant.

Warren McCrae, of Nespelem, was booked on a DOC secretary's warrant.

Martin Scranton, of Coulee Dam, was booked for second-degree burglary, possession of a dangerous weapon, an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for violation of a no-contact order, an outstanding Okanogan County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license, and outstanding Douglas County warrants for violation of a no-contact order and making false statements.

Travis James, of Omak, was arrested on an outstanding Okanogan County warrant for minor in possession of alcohol.

Octavio Serrano, of Quincy, was booked on an outstanding GCDC commitment for second-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Belinda Wapato, of Omak, was arrested on outstanding GCDC warrants for third-degree theft and fourth-degree assault.

Randy Deleon, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on an outstanding Lincoln County warrant for second-degree theft.
