Report of theft from a residence in the 1400 block of South Division Street. Victim said a package was stolen from his porch. Approximate value, $150.
Report of attempted phone scam. Reporting party received a call from unknown suspect claiming to be from the IRS, and demanding immediate payment of a debt. Reporting party hung up.
Report of attempted phone scam. Victim said unknown suspect told her she had a virus on her computer and the caller wanted money to remove it.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of Northeast Wheeler Road and Northeast N Road. Driver of vehicle 2, a semi-truck, was slowing to make a turn when the driver of vehicle 1, who did not realize the semi was slowing down, ran into it.
Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection East Broadway Avenue and SR 17. Driver of vehicle 1 ran into vehicle 2 while the driver was waiting for the light. Driver of vehicle 1 was cited for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
Report of burglary at a business at 10156 NEt Kinder Rd. sometime over the weekend.
A man, no age given, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
Report of fraud. Victim was from Spain, the bank was outside the United States, and the unauthorized charges had been made in Canada, which the victim had never visited.
Report of theft from a business at 601 South Pioneer Way. The suspect pushed out a cart of merchandise, and was identified on security video.
Report of theft from a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Two suspects left the store with more than $850 in merchandise and drove away. They were located in the 5000 block of Stratford Road. A 47-year-old woman was charged with second-degree theft, theft with intent to resell and possession of a controlled substance. A 22 year-old woman was arrested for second-degree theft and theft with intent to resell.
Report of vehicle prowl at a business at 2822 West Driggs Dr. Victim said unknown suspect broke into his truck sometime between 2 and 6:30 a.m. and stole about $5,000 to $6,000 in tools.
A 64-year-old man was arrested for DUI. His vehicle was towed.
A 38-year-old man was arrested for making false statements and on an outstanding Grant County warrant.

A 55-year-old woman was arrested for DUI. Her vehicle was towed.

Three horses were reported running at large.
Two juveniles were reported going in and out of the road on scooters.
Mailboxes were reported damaged.
A woman reported that her son was out of control and threatening her with a hammer.
A woman reported that a suspicious person knocked on her door claiming to be from a business.
A woman reported that her husband, who had been drinking, had broken the door and possibly the windshield of the car.
A woman reported that her sister-in-law punched the reporting party’s husband in the face after being asked to leave.

Dustin Knapp, 20, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail for violation of a no-contact order.
Casey Mueller, 22, Soap Lake, was booked for theft with intent to resell.
Danielle Uttech, 47, Soap Lake, was booked for theft with intent to resell and possession of controlled substances, and on an outstanding Thurston County warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing.
Latanya Santiago, 24, Royal City, was booked for violation of a protection order.
Barry Loukaitis, 36, no address listed, was booked on a court order for resentencing.
Kyle Pinney, 31, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
Charles Marchioni, 39, Othello, was booked for possession of methamphetamines.

Kelly Ellingson, 39, Moses Lake, was booked for making false statements to law enforcement and on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
