Royal boys, Wahluke girls fare well at Best of the Basin meet

EPHRATA — Fernando Soto won the 300 hurdles and Abby Yorgesen won the high jump to lead the Royal boys and Wahluke girls to success at Ephrata’s Best of the Basin prep track meet last week.
The Royal boys scored 146 points to take second place. Wahluke placed fifth with 58 points. The Wahluke girls took third place with 74 points. Royal finished fourth with 53 points
