James Bright
James Bright, 73, passed away at home early Monday morning. Jim was born in Logan, Utah to George and Liona Bright.
He leaves behind his wife, Marsha, and children, Sharon and Cale Merkley, Scott and Quila Bright and Christopher Bright. He also leaves behind six grandchildren, who were his pride and joy, and three brothers Dale, Leon and Levi Bright.
Jim’s capacity to love and care about others was without measure. Service to others was his highest priority and Jim would often drop everything to go and help someone in need. From his decades of work at Simplot to his numerous church callings, Jim was an example of the impact that one man’s hard work has on others. Always dependable, a man that everyone could count on, his is a legacy of faith and a strong work ethic that will affect generations to come.
