NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING: The Othello Housing Authority has developed an Updated Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1988. It is available for review at the Housing Authority's Office located at 335 N. 3rd. The Authority's hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In addition, a public hearing will be held on April 20, 2017 at The Time Out Pizza at 1025 E. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Othello School District is asking for RFP's to provide Consultation on Federal Grants (ESSA) and State grants, laws and regulation for ESSA and State grants, State audits and OSPI monitoring and ELL/Migrant PD to improve the educational success of students: July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.
