Report of phone scam. Victim was told the callers were from the Internal Revenue Service, that she owed taxes and would be in legal trouble without immediate payment.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at East Wheeler Road and SR 17. Driver of vehicle 1 attempted to change lanes and ran into vehicle 2.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 1200 block of West Cascade Avenue. Vehicle was entered and searched sometime overnight, but nothing was stolen.

Report of vandalism at a business at 934 North Stratford Rd. Reporting party parked his car in the lot for about two hours, and the back window was broken when he returned.

A man reported that a juvenile subject had broken the window out of his truck.

A woman reported that she was driving down an alley and a female was chasing her, punching on the window, and threatening to kill her.

A female caller reported that her boyfriend hit her in the face.

A woman reported packages stolen over the weekend.

A mailbox was reported damaged.

A breathalyzer was reported stolen from a vehicle.

A woman reported that her husband was out of control and had broken the table at their residence, then gone to a convenience store and taken money.

A female caller reported that her ex tased her, whereupon she pepper-sprayed him and he left.

A man reported his cat had been shot.

Grant County Jail

April 10

Robert Burgeis, 30, Moses Lake, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Chelan County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Donald Burgeis, 32, Moses Lake, was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) and on outstanding Grant County District Court warrants for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence), third-degree malicious mischief, third-degree driving with a suspended license and failing to transfer vehicle title within 45 days.

Jose Montoya, 27, Royal City, was booked for possession of a stolen vehicle and third-degree trespassing.

Richard Manley, 58, Grand Coulee, was booked for second-degree trafficking in stolen property, second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Aaron Mack, 34, Soap Lake, was booked on an outstanding Lincoln County warrant for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Blake Lannoye, 31, no address listed, was booked on an outstanding Montana warrant for aggravated assault.
