Notice of Application, Public Hearing, and Proposed Determination of Non-Significance Date of Notice: April 11, 2017 Notice is hereby given that a Minor Zone Change Application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on March 24, 2017 from Desert Diamond Development, LLC (Designated Contact: Caleb R. McNamara, 4072 Cove West Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837) were found to be technically complete on March 30, 2017. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used.
