April 7

Report of burglary at a business at 658 Northeast Road L. Victim said she had her recreational vehicle stored at the business over the winter, and when she started to clean it she noticed items missing. Missing items included consumer electronics and household supplies. The case is under investigation.

A 27-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding U.S. District Court warrant for probation violation.

Report of assault at a business at 819 West Third Ave. Victim said he was escorting a person outside who had been permanently trespassed previously, and the suspect hit him in the face, knocking him down.

Report of burglary in the 1100 block of West Cascade Avenue. Victim said a propane tank, hatchet and food stored in an outdoor freezer had been stolen.

A 38-year-old man was arrested for multiple outstanding felony warrants and third-degree driving without a valid driver's license.

April 8

Report of assault in the 1800 block of West Broadway Avenue. Victim said an unknown male knocked on her door, and when she opened it, hit her in the face and scratched her arm. The alleged assailant then ran away. He was described as an Hispanic male in his early 20s, wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.

Report of burglary at a business at 1502 West Broadway Ave. Victim said the subject broke into the property, damaged a building and moved items around. A subject was later arrested and booked for two counts of second-degree burglary.

Report of vehicle prowl in the 1100 block of North Grape Drive. Victim said unknown suspect had searched his car, stealing wallet and keys, and that three fraudulent transactions had been made on credit card overnight. Surveillance cameras at one of the businesses showed the card users driving a Honda Odyssey van, late 1990s to early 2000s, black or dark green with door handle missing on the driver's side.

Report of two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the park at 2001 West Valley Rd. Driver of vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2.

Report of theft from a business at 1102 West Broadway Ave. Suspect came into the business, went into the manager's office, allegedly stole an employee's phone and fled the scene.

Report of vandalism at a business at 605 East Nelson Rd. Victim said she returned to her vehicle, which had been parked, and found several cracks in the windshield that were not there previously.

Report of theft in progress at a business at 1005 North Stratford Rd. Vehicle was found and searched, and a 28-year-old woman was arrested for second-degree burglary.

A juvenile was arrested on an outstanding juvenile warrant.

A 41-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

A 43-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

A 36-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

A 44-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

A 50-year-old man was arrested for DUI. His vehicle was towed.

Report of assault at a business at 1475 East Nelson Rd. The suspect, a pregnant woman, allegedly struck a man and a woman, then fled the scene.

A 23-year-old woman was arrested for forgery after she allegedly attempted to pay for merchandise with a counterfeit $100 at a business at 601 South Pioneer Way.

A female caller reported that her ex-boyfriend was threatening to assault her friend.

A woman reported that her mail had been stolen.

A tow dolly was reported stolen.

A female caller reported that her ex-boyfriend was threatening her brother.

A woman reported that her dog was stolen out of her yard.

A woman reported that her ex was at her home arguing with her and trying to get in.

A male was reported walking along SR-17 with a rifle inn his hand.

A woman reported that her keys had been stolen.

April 9

A woman reported seeing a husband grab his wife and pull her into the residence. The reporting party believed he was beating her.

A man reported that his ex-wife was blocking him from getting off his property and had locked herself inn the house.

A woman reported that someone was banging on her door and windows and kicking her door.

A man reported that people were refusing to leave his apartment.

April 10

A business reported that it had been broken into overnight.

A business reported a money envelope was stolen during the night.

Timothy Anglin, 42, Coulee City, was booked into the Grant County Jail on an outstanding Grant County District Court warrant for DUI and first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Cassandra Graves, 26, Coulee Dam, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for obstructing law enforcement and an outstanding Washington Department of Corrections warrant.

Camerino Morales Ruiz, 24, Moses Lake, was booked for attempting to elude law enforcement and driving without a driver's license.

Efrain Tafolla, 20, George, was booked for violation of a protection order and on an outstanding GCDC warrant for third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence).

Ian Moser, 28, Ephrata, was booked on an outstanding Oregon warrant for first-degree theft.

Katherine Overmars, 51, Tacoma, was booked for DUI.

Jeremiah Warner, 38, Moses Lake, was booked for third-degree driving with a suspended license, and outstanding Spokane County warrants for second-degree identity theft, six counts of possession of controlled substances, first-degree theft and second-degree theft.

Grant Clements, 39, Sedro Wooley, turned himself in to serve two days for DUI.

Justin Hahne, 20, Moses Lake, turned himself in to serve 30 days for fourth-degree assault.

Jacob Marchand, 27, Moses Lake, was booked on a U.S. District Court warrant for violation of conditions of pretrial release.

Shanna Mutzer, 41, Moses Lake, was booked for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).

Philip Jacobson, 36, Moses Lake, was booked on an outstanding WDOC warrant.

Janessa Anderson, 28, Moses Lake, was booked for second-degree burglary.

Shane Wilson, 28, Sonora, Cal., was booked for two counts of second-degree burglary.

Creighton Leonard, 30, Moses Lake, was booked for possession of controlled substances, possession of stolen property, residential burglary and possession of burglary tools.
