April 6
Report of numerous items stolen out of a vehicle in the 1000 block of West Columbia Avenue.
A woman was issued a ticket after striking a bicycle rider with her vehicle in a crosswalk in the area of West Broadway Avenue and South Gibby Road. The victim was transported to Samaritan Hospital for treatment of minor scrapes.
A woman reported a female attempted to steal two scooters from a home in the 3000 block of Road H Northeast. When confronted, the suspect got into a truck and fled the scene.
Two bicycles were found in a field behind a home in the 200 block of North Tamer Lane. The bikes were logged into police property.
A man with a local felony warrant out for his arrest was contacted on North Stratford Road and taken into custody.
Report of a domestic violence incident in a vehicle on East Broadway Avenue. Police could not locate the vehicle.
A man was trespassed from WinCo Foods after stealing condoms from the store. WinCo did not wish to pursue charges against the suspect.
Police responded to the 1000 block of South Grant Street for a report of a suspicious person. Police could not find the subject.

A car dolly was reported stolen.

A man reported five livestock panels stolen.
A man reported that his ex-wife was trying to get into his email and online accounts.
A man reported that he was supposed to get his son the day before and his ex was refusing to give the son to him.
A woman reported that her neighbor’s dog bit her son.
A woman reported that someone broke into her house and stole the TV.
A man reported tires stolen from his vehicle.
Mail was reported stolen.
A woman reported that her son, who was addicted to meth, had left his drugs on her counter.
A man reported finding the door of the duplex next door kicked inn.

Kenneth Major, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked for possession of heroin and first-degree driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Jose Cervantes, of Moses Lake, was arrested for a Department of Corrections secretary's warrant and an outstanding GCDC warrant for driving without a valid operator's license.
Kenneth Schappell, city of residence not listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
Tonya Routt, city of residence not listed, was booked on an outstanding Grant County Superior Court bench warrant.
Jeffrey Campbell, of Rock Island, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for DUI.
Joshua Main, city of residence not listed, was booked on an outstanding GCDC warrant for first-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree theft and second-degree criminal trespassing.
Rafael Portillo, of Mattawa, was booked on an outstanding GCSC bench warrant for possession of methamphetamine and fourth-degree assault.
Joseph Wolfe, of Moses Lake, was arrested and booked on a DOC order for violation of probation.
Matthew Garoutte, of Soap Lake, was arrested on a DOC order for violation of probation.
